3 Steps, which help you to eliminate this issue from your life

Do you sometimes wake up in the morning, feeling anxious, completely stressed out although the day hasn’t even started yet? You are worried about 1001 things that need to get done, things that seem impossible, things that are uncomfortable. You’re caught up in your head, not even left the bed yet? This is called morning anxiety – or anxiety in general.

WHAT IS ANXIETY ?

„Anxiety is the mind and body’s reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It’s the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event. A certain level of anxiety helps us stay alert and aware; but for those suffering from an Anxiety Disorder, anxiety feels far from normal – it can be completely debilitating.“

This feeling makes us tired, leaves us drained, without energy or life force. We humans are creatures of habit. Every single day we process between 60.000 – 80.000 thoughts in our heads. And the majority of these thoughts is usually recurring, day after day. If they are mostly of negative nature, f.e. like worries, sorrow and pain, then this can easily become a habit. After a certain amount of time that particular habit builds our behavior, our physiology. And the physiology influences our focus, which has an impact on the language we use (self-talk) which, in turn, leads to physiology again. These three aspects together build the state where are in – the mental, but also physical state. That model is called emotional triad psychology and comes from a neurolinguistic science background.

How can you break out of a negative, destructive cycle? Find the 3 simple, but effective steps below, that will help you on your path to mental health!

Emotions have the ability to control everything in our lives.

Step 1:

Be aware of your feelings! Make sure you feel good, help your body and mind to be healthy. Eat nourishing, healthy food, do some workout frequently for your body, get enough rest and sleep.

Step 2:

Where focus goes, energy flows. Set your mind to positive thinking. It’s not too hard, I swear. Our little monkey mind constantly wants to rule our lives. And if you let it, you literally loose control. Quiet your mind, mute it every time worry or sorrow comes up. Hint: Meditation helps!
Instead, focus on your goals, you want to achieve, positive things in your life, that you’re grateful for. Draw your vision board in your mind or even on paper. Or watch your manifestation mind movie daily. ( I am a big fan of that one. If you have questions due to that, I am more than happy to tell you more about it. Just send me a message!)

Step 3:

Did you ever notice how you talk to yourself? Are you a motivational speaker, a cheerleader to yourself? Or do you call yourself dumb, lazy, worthless? Does “I am such a stupid idiot” sound familiar to you? Well then you should definitely work on your self love and how you treat yourself. You know by now that the mind is the most powerful thing existing, right? The mind is such a miracle. Every time you find yourself doing negative self-talk, change it to positive words and affirmations. By changing your language, you can literally change your focus and your future.

Did you know…?

Why do you waste your energy and life force by worrying? Psychology scientists found out that only 10% of the problem is the actual root issue, the source. But 90% of the existing problem is simply caused by a destructive, not goal-oriented approach of the patient. So with your precious energy and life force you nourish your issue – and 9/10 is a non-existing problem actually, it’s made up in the mind.

That’s why I am so in love with all the knowledge and tools to train the mind, because that’s something so tremendously important nowadays, for everybody. It has such an amazing and great impact on our lives. If we could all control our minds and instead of overthinking and worrying, act from the heart with love and compassion for ourselves, positivity and trust in life, confidence in us as a creator, there wouldn’t exist anxiety anymore.
